Whether it’s a practice or a game, we put pressure on ourselves and some negative thoughts might creep in. We start focusing on the things we can’t control and when that happens, our level of performance drops. In an individual session, Myles will help you manage those negatives and offer suggestions to help you replace them with positives. He’ll also help to optimize your focus, enhance your resilience, assist with leadership development, and so much more.
